The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sarawak Economic Development Corporation (SEDC)Sarawak, having its registered address office at Level 9, SEDC Plaza, Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman, 93100 Kuching, Sarawak.

SEDC Sarawak’s investment into Club Asia International represents the Corporation’s coming of age, particularly in the Vacation Ownership sector. The Corporation has invested in excess of RM835 million in 20 tourism-related infrastructure projects in the State. The Corporation has group assets worth over RM1.68 billion supporting your membership.

Club Asia International is the first Vacation Ownership company which operates on a Points based vacation programme and is also the first Vacation Ownership company that is owned by a State Government agency in Malaysia.

The Operator has obtained the approval for its Club Asia International Membership Scheme from the Registrar of Companies, Malaysia (ROC) and the Operator is also a member of Malaysian Holiday Timeshare Developer’s Federation (MHTDF).

Pursuant to the requirements of the Interest Scheme Act 2016, Universal Trustee (Malaysia) Berhad, a company incorporated in Malaysia, having its' registered address at No 1, Jalan Ampang, 50450 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia has been appointed by Sara Worldwide Vacations Berhad as the Trustee for the Membership Program.

Universal Trustee (Malaysia) Berhad is an approved trust company registered under the Trustees Act 1949. The role of the Trustee is to receive and pool the Purchaser’s monies and manage the Trust Account. The Trustee will ensure maintenance of the Club.
